We are pleased to announce the supply of nine new Mini-Fill liquid depositors to one of our long-standing local customers — a partnership that has been in place since the day we first opened our doors.

The new machines will replace a number of original units supplied by Winyard Engineering over 30 years ago, which have continued to operate reliably throughout that time. Their longevity is a testament to the quality, durability, and support that we strive to deliver with every machine we manufacture.

It is incredibly rewarding to continue supporting customers who have trusted us for decades, and we are proud to play a part in helping them modernise their production with the next generation of Mini-Fill depositors.

We were recently tasked to supply volumetric filling equipment to satisfy a new Own-Brand product for launch into major retailers.

With a very short lead time, we were able to supply our demonstration machinery to meet the short deadlines of the project, whilst manufacturing new machinery to the requirement of our customer.

Shown is our Auger-fed volumetric filler & feed elevator, to be installed over a third-party indexing conveyor to produce rice ready meals at 30 packs per minute.

One of our long term customers contacted us in Mid-January with a requirement to increase their production capability - in a hurry!

We built a pair of Mini-Fill MKIII machines, with hot fill specification, side mounted to accept product direct from their mixing tank.

From order to delivery in just 14 days our customer was able to satisfy their uptake in orders.

We are proud to end 2018 with our newly launched Mini-Fill MKIV depositor.

The machine represents a leap forward in terms of product flow, simplicity in strip-down & hygiene, with reduced ownership costs.

A new project for 2018 is the Twin-Lane, 4 outlet depositor & transfer pump. 

In this case designed & manufactured for depositing mashed potato & stuffing mixes at up to 80 packs per minute, although the machine is suited to traditional liquid depositing also.

Installed over a twin lane, double index conveyor, each machine cycles twice in station to achieve our customers required through rate.
