One of our long term customers contacted us in Mid-January with a requirement to increase their production capability - in a hurry!
We built a pair of Mini-Fill MKIII machines, with hot fill specification, side mounted to accept product direct from their mixing tank.
From order to delivery in just 14 days our customer was able to satisfy their uptake in orders.
'We received the new depositors on Friday.
We have now installed and are ready for action tomorrow at 6.00am.
Thank-you for your speedy manufacture and delivery of these depositors.
I am extremely grateful for all your help, as is my ops director.'

We are proud to end 2018 with our newly launched Mini-Fill MKIV depositor.
The machine represents a leap forward in terms of product flow, simplicity in strip-down & hygiene, with reduced ownership costs.
Shown are 2 quantity 4 outlet Mini-Fill MKIV depositor units to be used over an indexing conveyor system to offer in excess of 240 fills per minute & offering fill-complete control.
Contact us for further details.
We were recently tasked with the refurbishment of the very first VMF16 rotary pot filling & lidding machines that were built.
First installed in 2001, and run constantly on hot fill liquid products, we have completed a full machine overhaul - including pneumatics, electrical panels, control circuits & drives, mechanical functions & machine change parts. A new touch screen HMI with recipe selection has been added, with the machine now satisfying current safety & hygiene legislation.
With a project turnaround of just 12 weeks, our customer is now prepared for the busy run-up to Christmas.
This has proven a timely & cost effective alternative to replacing the existing machinery & should see our customer through the next 17 years!
Contact us should your existing Winyard equipment benefit from our refurbishment service.
A new project for 2018 is the Twin-Lane, 4 outlet depositor & transfer pump.
In this case designed & manufactured for depositing mashed potato & stuffing mixes at up to 80 packs per minute, although the machine is suited to traditional liquid depositing also.
Installed over a twin lane, double index conveyor, each machine cycles twice in station to achieve our customers required through rate.
